Two-factor authentication

To enable two-factor authentication for your account:

  1. Go to your account settings
  2. Ensure that the Phone Number box shows the mobile phone number with which you would like to authenticate
  3. Tick the Use SMS Auth box
  4. Press
  5. Important: Don't sign out until you have received the 2FA confirmation SMS, after which you know that our record of your phone number is correct
  6. Sign out

When next you sign in, a single-use code will be sent to your mobile phone. You will need to input the code in order to complete the sign-in process. The code is not case-sensitive.

If you have any difficulty signing in to an account that has been protected with two-factor authentication then please call the support team on the number below. Be prepared to prove that you are the owner of the account.
